you cannot expect a home built on unstable land to last
to be surprised by this is to be surprised that when it rains you get wet
it doesn't matter if you repair it everyday
eventually it's going to rain and that house is going to slide
it can even be the best looking house on the block
if it's built on unstable land then that house is as good as an unstaked tent
one day those walls will fall and everything will get crushed
you cannot expect that home to last
